Refund Policy

The detailed score report is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and you will never be charged again automatically.

When we refund in full

• You were charged but your report did not unlock
• You were charged more than once for the same test
• The payment was made without your authorisation

How to request a refund

Email support@iqtestonline.net within 14 days of payment with your PayPal transaction ID (or the email address on your PayPal account). We reply within 2 business days and refund to the original payment method. PayPal usually shows the refund within 3–5 business days.

Other cases

Because the report is delivered immediately after payment, other purchases are generally final. If something went wrong, write to us anyway — we review every request. Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, that law applies.
