Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of IQ Test Online at https://iqtestonline.net (the "Service"). By taking the assessment or making a payment, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides an online IQ-style assessment for personal interest and entertainment. It is delivered without supervision, in conditions we cannot control, and is not a clinical, medical, psychological or educational diagnostic instrument.

Your score is not equivalent to a professionally administered test such as the WAIS or Stanford–Binet, and must not be used for any diagnosis, for admissions, for employment decisions, or for membership applications to any organisation. If you want a clinically valid measurement, consult a licensed psychologist.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a payment. If you are a minor, use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Taking the assessment

  • The assessment consists of 20 questions with a 30-minute time limit.
  • No registration or account is required.
  • Questions cannot be skipped, and answers cannot be changed after submission.
  • Your session is tied to your browser through cookies. Clearing cookies or switching device or browser may make an in-progress or unclaimed result unreachable.

4. How results are unlocked

Taking the assessment is free. Viewing your detailed score report — your IQ score, percentile position, accuracy rate, classification, per-question analysis and comparative statistics — requires unlocking it in one of two ways:

  • By sharing. Share the test link with a friend. Your report unlocks at no charge once someone other than you opens that link. Until then, the report stays locked, and we cannot control whether or when a recipient opens it.
  • By payment. Pay a one-time fee of $7.99 USD through PayPal and skip sharing entirely.

This is a single, one-time charge. It is not a subscription, and no recurring payment is set up. The price shown on the payment page at the moment of purchase is the price that applies.

5. Payment, refunds and cancellation

  • All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not handle or store your card details.
  • All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion or fees that we do not control.
  • Refunds. The detailed report is delivered immediately upon payment, so purchases are generally final. If you were charged but did not receive access, were charged more than once, or believe the transaction was unauthorised, contact support@iqtestonline.net within 14 days with your PayPal transaction ID and we will investigate and refund where the claim is valid.
  • Where local consumer law grants you a stronger right of withdrawal, that law prevails over this section.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish or redistribute the assessment questions, answer options or images
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the Service
  • Attempt to bypass the unlock mechanism, payment flow or access controls
  • Manipulate aggregate statistics through repeated or automated submissions
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to access administrative areas

We may block access from any source that breaches these rules, without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The assessment questions, images, scoring methodology, text, design and code are owned by IQ Test Online or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own assessment. Your own score and report are yours to keep and share.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including the assessment content, the pricing and the unlock mechanism, at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that your score is an accurate measure of your intelligence or cognitive ability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision you or anyone else makes on the basis of a score obtained through the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for them or for the content of any site an advertisement links to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
