Contact Us

We read every message. Email is the only support channel we operate, so please write to us at the address below rather than through social media.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Responses are available in English and Korean.
What we can help with
Payment and refunds
If you were charged but your report did not unlock, were charged more than once, or believe a transaction was unauthorised, tell us and we will investigate. Please include your PayPal transaction or order ID and the email address on the PayPal account used — without one of these we cannot locate the payment. Refund conditions are set out in our Terms of Service.
A result you cannot reach
Results are tied to your browser through cookies. If you cleared your cookies, used private browsing, or switched to a different device, a result may become unreachable. Let us know the approximate date and time you took the test and we will try to help.
Privacy and data deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, write to us with whatever identifying detail you have — a PayPal transaction ID, or the approximate date and time of your test. We respond to these requests within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we hold.
Questions about the assessment
Questions about scoring, the percentile ranking, or a specific item are welcome. Please note that we do not disclose the answer key outside of a completed report, and we cannot revise a submitted score.
Reporting a problem
If you find a bug, a broken translation, or a security issue, we would like to hear about it. For security issues, please describe the problem privately by email and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
Business and advertising enquiries
For partnership, licensing or advertising enquiries, use the same address and put "Business" in the subject line.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In particular: this assessment is for personal interest, and its score is not a clinically valid measurement — see section 1 of the Terms.
