Intruction Goldberg’s Depression Test

This test consists of 18 questions related to your emotional, intellectual well-being and physical. It was designed by Dr Ivan Goldberg. He's a famous psychiatrist in Newyork, USA for over fifty years. It is a tool for self-assessment of emotional health at home. Each question has 6 answers, you have to choose one correct answer with your current emotional health.
